Michael of London Gas and Water has been an absolute star and I can't recommend enough. His responsiveness was outstanding, and he showed a genuine commitment to investigating the issue thoroughly. He didn't stop until he pinpointed the problem, as there was an issue with the pressure vessel, issue with the valve, flue and finally have to replace the pump too. The best part was that the final cost was very reasonable. It's a company that truly cares about its customers and provides top-notch service.
